Return policies

We are happy to announce that all of the items sold by Hyperdealz, LLC are subject to the same liberal return policy as that offered by Amazon.com, which consists of the following:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
    • Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item using the return label provided in the Returns Center and the reason for return isn't a result of an error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • You'll never have to worry about a restocking fee if you're returning an item that arrived defective. Similarly, if you change your mind and return an undamaged item within the 30-day return window, you won't have to pay either.
    • Computers and Electronics:
      • New desktops, laptops, or tablets purchased from us that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
      • We may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
      • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
      • Before returning items on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.
      • Digital goods:
        • Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads are not returnable after purchase.
      • Major appliances:
        • Major appliances are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
        • At the point of delivery, unbox and check that the item is correct and free from damage. If the item is wrong or damaged, tell the delivery personnel and don't accept the delivery. They will help you to arrange a free replacement or a refund.
      • Televisions:
        • Televisions are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
        • Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset.
        • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.

    About manufacturer’s warranty:

    • Once the return window has passed, you can reach out to the manufacturer to make use of your item’s warranty.
    • If you'd like a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product, you can contact the manufacturer directly or visit their website for more information, or you can contact our Customer Service team, please include the full name of the product; the model or style, if applicable; and the URL (website address) for the product's detail page.
    • Manufacturer's warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors like the use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
